had training in e morning .. stupid rain .. if it wasnt fer tht rain i had been swimming instead of running indoors .. wasehs .. i hate running la .. so hot lehs .. then e dumb coach make us wear jackets after we ran .. crap sia him .. so damn bloody hot after running 5 km .. and he asked us to wear jacket to do pumings, situps and berpes ?.. hes abit crazy lors .. haha .. anyway, tough training but great team spirit .. lolls ..
